I understand that the service in Kiev isnt that of the USA, but this place was ridiculous. After waiting approx. 25 minutes watching the servers walk back and forth past us, I finally flagged one down and got drinks. She took our order and 3 out of the... My wife received her meal approx. 10 minutes later and the server said that mine would be out in 2 minutes. 55 minutes later my meal was still nowhere to be found. I asked where it was and she said "2 minutes." 10 minutes later I received a giant piece of fat. There was not 1% of real meat on the plate. I hailed the server over and she asked what was wrong. I explained that the dinner was very bad and asked for the check. The dinner was far below par and any American would be a fool to spend their money here. The service was terrible, but that is to be expected and the food was horrible. As I look at the comments above, I wonder where these people were really eating. For the same price there are numerous other restaurants around town that would be far better for the price. Enjoy the city, but please do not waste your money on the Wagon Restaurant. Thank you
