Thai Cafe Tayskiy Privet is a gastronomic project by Mikhail and Daria Katsurinikh. The conceptually designed interior conveys the atmosphere of Thailand. "To create the menu, we drove Thailand from Chiang Rai to Phangan, conducted a dozen interviews with Thai chefs, lived and studied with the wonderful Ae in Chiang Mai, worked in a street cafe near Pui in Bangkok, spent a week in the kitchen with a Spitz cafe in Chaloklame. A wonderful brand chef, Priich Khantukkh or simply Cha, moved to Kiev."
