These rules for processing, storing and protecting customer data (hereinafter the "Rules") determine the procedure for handling user data (hereinafter the User) registered on the lasoon.net website (hereinafter the Site).

1. Basic provisions.

By agreeing to these Rules, the User authorizes the collection, storage, use and disclosure of his data (including, but not necessarily, personal data) in accordance with these Rules and the Laws of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", "On Protection of Personal Data","On Information Security in Information and Telecommunication Systems".

The rules are valid from the moment of registration of the User on the Site.

2. Collection and use of personal data about the User.

User data is information with limited access.

User data is stored on the Site server and processed using the Site software.

The purpose of processing User data: to ensure the implementation of administrative and legal relations, relations in the field of tax and accounting, advertising, other relations, which use the data of Users.

The following User personal data can be collected, saved and used on the Site:

• e-mail address - used for user authentication, for sending messages in case of order with food delivery and advertising mailing of the Site;
• mobile phone number - used to send SMS to the User when ordering dishes with delivery and when booking a table;
• address provided by the User - used for orders with dishes delivery;
• image provided by the User as an avatar.

The User agrees that the data transferred to him can be used for:

• registration of the User on the Site;
• notification of the place where the table is reserved, about the details of the reservation;
• fulfill the User's order for delivery of dishes from restaurants;
• provision of services and customer support at the request of the User;
• improvement of own services, content of the Site and advertising;
• user notifications about services, news and promotional offers via SMS, e-mail, mail, etc.

3. Disclosure of data provided by the User.

User data is provided to third parties in the following cases:

• additional consent of the User is received;
• provision of general information (statistical data, generalized information) that does not contain personal information and which does not identify the User individually;
• providing information to law enforcement and other public authorities in response to their official request regarding a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.

4. Deletion of submitted data (including personal data) and refusal of mailing.

In the event that the User no longer wants to use the services of the Site, his data, specified in paragraph 2, becomes unavailable. The User can deactivate his data on the "User Profile" page.

The Site reserves the right to use the User's data, referred in paragraph 2, for the purpose for which this information was collected, within one month after the deactivation of information to complete the provision of services (refund, guarantee requirements, responses to customer requests).

Registered Users have the right to refuse to receive any advertising materials regarding the services that are provided through the Site service, including e-mail mailings. This can be done by going to the "User Profile" page.

5. Data protection.

The Site undertakes to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or undue modification, disclosure or destruction of the User's data.
