"Charlatan Cafe" - a city cafe in vintage style on Shota Rustaveli street. High ceilings, walls with a modern, flaky plaster - in combination with a loft, crystal chandeliers, lacquered furniture and exquisite elements of decor in the style of the century before last. The unique atmosphere of the cafe is complemented by live music - jazz and classics play here.
