Recreation center "Residence" is located in a picturesque place (98 km. Highway Kyiv - Kharkiv, Yahotyn). The territory of the base is located on the shores of Lake Velykyi Supiy. The institution is also popularly known as the "Former Khrushchev Cottage". There are many opportunities for active recreation: cycling, tennis courts, stable with horses, boat rental, rope park, crossbow shooting, mini-zoo, SPA-services. In summer there is a banquet hall for 60 people, located on the pier.
