ProPortion is a daily delivery of freshly prepared 5 meals a day for the whole day according to the selected program. 🔹A menu balanced in proteins, fats and carbohydrates for the whole day. 🔹Menu, selected by energy value, taking into account your physical activity and taking into account your food preferences. 🔹Dishes are prepared in a way that preserves the nutritional value of the food as much as possible. Dishes are steamed, boiled, stewed, baked, using the Sous Vide technology.
