PLOV

PLOV is a family restaurant of Uzbek cuisine, a unique place on the gastronomic map of Kyiv. In a modern interior, elements of oriental flavor can be clearly seen. The establishment occupies two floors and can accommodate up to 200 guests. In the courtyard there is a luxurious landscaped summer terrace with a contact kitchen and six cozy gazebos. The kitchen is managed by a chef, a native Uzbek, who honors the traditions of Uzbek cuisine. Many dishes are prepared in cauldrons on an open fire.
