Pinzatto Pizzeria is a small establishment in the center of Kyiv, where delicious pinza are prepared. The basis of pintza here is made from three types of flour: wheat, rice and soy, the dough rises on sourdough for as much as 36 hours. As a result, after baking in the oven, the foam turns out soft and crunchy, and incredibly tasty. And in addition to the pinza, you can order currant cider.
