The first pizzeria in Kyiv of the Dima Borisov family of restaurants. Or rather, not just a pizzeria, but a pinzeria - this kind of pizza is prepared here. The dough for tweezers here is prepared from 3 types of flour, fermenting for 28 hours. After that, the dough turns out to be an almost perfect base for baking tweezers - delicious, chubby and crunchy.
