Naushi

Naushi is a Japanese noodle house on Podil. They make rich broths with farm meat and vegetables. Khondashi (fish broth), motodare (sauce) and aromatic oils are added to each dish, infused for a week on Japanese dry fish. The menu includes chintans and paitanas - ramen on light and dense broths. Ramen noodles are made by themselves, mixing from 4 types of flour with the addition of alkaline water, using Japanese equipment. The noodles are alkaline and healthy, so called "longevity noodles".
