The bird for the restaurant is grown on a special farm and, as they say in the institution, with strict ecological requirements. Already in the restaurant, chicken is pickled according to its own recipe and cooked in a Hosper oven of a special design, as a result of which the meat turns out to be surprisingly tasty.
