F.U.L.L. Bar (First Ukrainian Local Laboratory) is more than just an establishment in the Kyiv downtown. This space is for true connoisseurs of bar culture. It offers designer cocktails from the winner of World Class Ukraine 2018 Nazar Makarov, but the menu also has classic cocktails. The interior of the bar was developed by the Studio of Slava Balbek - the design is in minimal style, where sitting in a full noisy room, you still feel privacy.
