Fishkultura - a fish cafe-restaurant of Kyiv restaurateur Igor Sukhomlin (Mimosa Brooklyn Pizza, Fish & Pussycat, Forever Young). A spacious two-level room, the interior of which is dominated by light colors, wood and metal. The menu is quite concise - breakfasts, main dishes, soups, snacks and salads. The main emphasis in the cuisine is on fish dishes with an interesting serving, in the middle price segment. They tried to achieve a harmonious balance between local and imported products.
