Delhi Delhi restaurant of modern Indian cuisine is the first "curry bar" in Kyiv. The founders say that in Delhi Delhi will reveal Indian cuisine in a modern metropolis. The cuisine of the restaurant was set up by three chefs of Indian origin, all from different regions of the country. Everyone implemented their specialties and was responsible for a specific area. Cuisine features dishes cooked in an Indian tandoor clay oven, such as lamb kebab in Indian spices.
