The BPSh snack bar stands for "Belyash, Ponchyk, Shaurma". A popular street food restaurant from the Kyiv restaurateur Dmytro Borisov. Thematic menu is fairly concise, here are the main items: White beets with turkey and beef, Donuts with powdered sugar or potting, Shawrum with turkey and chickens.
