"Belyi Shum" ("White noise") - a city cafe in the hotel complex "Bursa" on Podil. In the mornings, they prepare full-scale breakfasts here, and full lunches are served during the day. Laconic cafe menu consists of popular and author's dishes of European cuisine. Among the signature items of the White Noise menu are: Viet Bo, “Fo Bo” soup with rice noodles and greens, “Four cheeses” sandwich, baked camembert on pepper brioche, tartar of beef with mustard parfait.
