I don`t know what thing pushed you to write such critical recommendation but nevertheless I would like to assure the rest ones that this information is rather far from the reality. I... Display completely...have been visiting Vagon Restaurant for 5 years since its creation and never met the facts you described. The waiter`s service is on the very high level, the quality of food always wonder me with its smooth and luxury taste and style.
