The fight for customers, we are not so severe as in Europe or the States, but those institutions that are not monitored by the client, allow themselves to be rude to customers, kick them out of hours, allowed themselves to the lack of food listed in the menu - such establishments simply closed down .And one trend that I encountered this summer: rent now or is sold all over Ukraine large number of operating establishments. People could not cope with the business: open job, those profits are expected there, and how it rebuild or optimize - do not know. Sometimes it really is impossible, for example, when establishments open in the wrong place. But it often happens that a defect related to the management: inadequate pricing, poor service, even little things such as toilet paper - that there are shortcomings, but customers react to them because they are spoiled and just do not pay the money.
