Tsatsa

Restaurant Tsatsa - an establishment on Podil in Kyiv, on the embankment of the Dnieper. Tsatsa is about Odessa, with all its recipes, ingenious in its simplicity and taste! Every day they cook for guests a crunchy goatfish, forshmak, blue caviar, mussels pilaf, fish and meat on the coals and, of course, tsatsa (swell) - small fish, which is fried to crunch and served with different sauces. In the warm season, there is a summer terrace, decorated in the best traditions of the Odessa courtyard.
