A heart of restaurant is an unique stove of "TANDYR", built masters from Uzbekistan. Tandyr allows to bake meat, fish or vegetables with a crust, here inwardly it seems steam. Most dishes are given in the real cast-iron and clay tableware. They give home wine, appeasing hanker after drinks of own preparation also (ayran, uzvar, fruit drink).
