Floating restaurant of the name of the known inventor of comfortable carriages of railways, including carriages-restaurants. A cuisine is declared as Del Mar, I.e. dishes from fish and seafood for many eaters. Pride of chief is the set lunch of high cuisine "Fish express" from a few changes of dishes (7 kilograms, 2800 hryvnyas).
