Very nice and pleasent place where you can have food for good price

My son left his backpack in this restaurent and now trying to reach them but noone is responding. I treied from US but they did not undertsand Englisdh and hung up. Is this restaurent tourist friendly and will ensure such left baggages are stored safely and send it to the owner?

Terrible service! Today the waitress refused to service of my order - business lunch and offered me to tried much more expensive foods. The main reason was because I had ordered my business lunch at 14.58 but from 15.00 is no lunch time in it. In the restaurant menu and advertisement lunch time in it is from 12.00 till 15.00.

My favourite bar in Kyiv. Nice beer, nice food, nice and helpful staff!! Always have a great time visiting Lucky Pub. Ahh and it is a lucky place as I won Large Meter of Beer in raffle there !!!! LUCKYYYYY!!!!

This restaurant was good a few years ago. Now they still attract many customers but the service is still old soviet union style. Today I saw 3 tables of people get up and walk out before even getting to the order stage, due to slow service/ no interest from the staff. When I informed the staff about this they replied "its not our problem".

yesterday i been in mon ami and soo the director on the bar with secretary smoke.... sorry its not restaurant..... and now the food is terrible where is the italian chef???????? we need seriusly

Two friends organized their birthday parties at Godzilla, which turned out as a complete mess. Its not to say we didn't enjoy it, but they over charged us on way too many things. According to them, we ordered 25 songs, each costing 150 uah, when in reality... Display completely...we ordered MAYBE 10. In addition, they never served half the sushi we ordered... To top it all off, the service was slow, the waiter spilled soy sauce on one of the girls white pants, never even apologizing, they never informed us when we reached our limit, as was agreed, and tried to hold hostage the birthday girl's jacket and presents... Overall, I was very disappointed, considering the potential the place has...

many sorts of coffee and an african unique style. The Uniform of the workers Are original from Western Africa!

On the first evening of my second trip to Kiev I had the pleasure of taking a lady out to dinner. I wanted all the arrangements to be high class. I had read a few reviews of Wagon - some saying it was excellent, some stating the opposite. So I was very... Display completely...interested to find out for myself. The atmosphere is just great. Anyone who lkes "the slightly different" will love Wagon as of course will anyone with an interest in railways. Wagon is "railly nice", one could say.



We had a starter, a main course and desert. Starters were both VERY good. the main courses were on the same level of "haute cuisine" and the chef mangaed to get me my favourite - vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate sauce - even though it was not on the menu. My guest had a very nice cake all of which she couldn't finish.



We had very nice wines and the service was very good indeed. Our waitress did not speak much English - but then I don't speak any Russian and still choose to visit Kiev - and my lady guest could translate whatever needed to be translated. Menues were however in English.



So if you want a unique atmosphere,good food & wine and good service - give Wagon a try. It's railly worth it ;)

I understand that the service in Kiev isnt that of the USA, but this place was ridiculous. After waiting approx. 25 minutes watching the servers walk back and forth past us, I finally flagged one down and got drinks. She took our order and 3 out of the... Display completely...4 menu items I wanted were not available. My wife received her meal approx. 10 minutes later and the server said that mine would be out in 2 minutes. 55 minutes later my meal was still nowhere to be found. I asked where it was and she said "2 minutes." 10 minutes later I received a giant piece of fat. There was not 1% of real meat on the plate. I hailed the server over and she asked what was wrong. I explained that the dinner was very bad and asked for the check. The dinner was far below par and any American would be a fool to spend their money here. The service was terrible, but that is to be expected and the food was horrible. As I look at the comments above, I wonder where these people were really eating. For the same price there are numerous other restaurants around town that would be far better for the price. Enjoy the city, but please do not waste your money on the Wagon Restaurant. Thank you

Great place... A lot of `old-timer` foreigners hang out here now too... One American, white-haired, pony-tailed, 60+, honky, architect, who speaks pretty good Ukrainian and has an int`l radio talk & music show on Thursdays.. Beautiful wife though ;-)
