T-Bone Steak. At Sam's Steak House only!

T-Bone steak got its name after the part of meat used for it - with T-shaped bone. The steak consists of 2 types of meat - delicate tender-loin from one side and meat on a bone - New York - from the other side. This provides unusual combination of tastes.

 

Sam's Chef fries the steak in your presence (open grill and the unique Josper grill are installed inside the main hall of the restaurant). T-Bone steak is served with mix of lettuce.
