Story Cafe presents Beaujolais Nouveau! (17.11 - 30.11)

French holiday of young wine is celebrated on the 3rd Thursday of November. On this day (and not later or earlier) each city or town in France is supplied with Beaujolais wine of the current year's harvest.This is required by strict French laws of wine-making.

In the evening and night of this day all the restaurants in Paris and Lyons, Avignon and Marseilles begin to sell this sort of young wine, greeting the guests with sonorous exclamation "Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé!"
