- I am the mistress of the house, then there are people who come to the "Shinok" the first thing they see me and my girlfriends. We meet every evening guests with liqueurs. When all have taken their place, I also walk around the guests, talking and joking with them. Talk, asking if everything is OK, I can even sing (it is said that I sing well). And we bid farewell to them the same way: with some of our liquer. This so-called "on the horse." These are my daily activities. And besides, on my shoulders rests a responsible task, as the organization of festivals. That is - think about a holiday, collect information about it, organize sketches (for example, on Christmas we had a crib), invite artists, etc. Officially, my position is called "art manager" among the people I - "amazing Pani Solokha".
- In your opinion, does your image has something in common with Gogol Solokha?
- This is a collective image: the popular belief, and Gogol. I think Solokha came from people priskazok (words), legends. Apparently Gogol also took out her image. Who is Solokha? - This is a woman, a young woman, beautiful, sexually attractive, with well-developed sense of humor, a healthy, welcomingwho loves to communicate with people. - Yes, of course, expromt means a lot. However , when people come to, "Shynok", they are charged positive, which must somehow influence their subsequent behavior. Everyone comes here with his luggage. But in fact, what every person need ? Relax, that is, it must be mentally congratulate , of course, to entertain feed them. Because the restaurant "Shinok" refers to the network "World map", always treat quality on all 100 percent, delicious to the soul.

- I think so. We godfather and godmother. I am the master of the house, Solokha - hostess. And besides, my hobby - to make tincture according to recipes that I collected over the years. - Do you think that these characters should be in every restaurant. That is, people who would carry out similar duties?
- Yes, our restaurant - it's traditions of Ukrainian folk house, itself a hospitable farmhouse, which we are the masters. Therefore, the presence here of our characters makes it impossible to have a case that some of our guests will be left without attention, and it is extremely important. That is, except the service, which is in every decent restaurant, but the service, they get more and a particle fun. And it means a lot. Apparently that's why - without too much modesty I will say - we are very fond of Ukrainians and foreigners.
- What do you think is most important to this job?
- Of course, sincerity. These need to live. Yes, we play a role, it is clear, however, so we get used to them, as they had faith in it. Because it is important that this is not a mask, it's we. You can not go to the people, having a stone in his bosom. People feel it, so you need to be sincere, do it heartily.
