FABBRICA is an Italian restaurant with Ukrainian products, mostly local farmers. From the beginning, the owners of the establishment decided to experiment and offer new dishes at the intersection of the culture of Italian cuisine and the uniqueness of fresh local products. There is no such pizza with seafood, but there is a pike with mountain trout or a paste with Carpathian mushrooms. For cooking, using a handmade stove from the famous Neapolitan master Stefano Ferrara.
