All that fear in the Code, fortunately, did not take place. They were afraid, I will remind you, the abolition of a simplified system for restaurants. There was a limit to the number of people. Before that 10 people could have been hired by the SAP, then the first edition of the Code could be hired only two. Now everything remains the same. The only change for those companies that work on the general scheme of taxation, since the new Code on payments to single tax payers can not be considered a cost. For example, a restaurant that for VAT, pay for the carrots and cabbage SPD, then this means he can not put myself on costs. This means that the profit in securities will be bigger. But this could be the opposite - no one is going, investment will not be, the budget will be exhausted, the situation will be difficult. Any crisis - it's cleaning. Strongest survive. This applies to any market, including the restaurant. In the crisis of the audience to visit the restaurant is less possibilities restaurants. Because of this audience is very demanding. If the restaurant or cafe somehow not behave this way, if staff can be rude or unfriendly act, the visitor simply go away. He voted down. And if someone asks top managers to inadequate pay, it just fired. The fight for customers, we are not so severe as in Europe or the States, but those institutions that are not monitored by the client, allow themselves to be rude to customers, kick them out of hours, allowed themselves to the lack of food listed in the menu - such establishments simply closed down .And one trend that I encountered this summer: rent now or is sold all over Ukraine large number of operating establishments. People could not cope with the business: open job, those profits are expected there, and how it rebuild or optimize - do not know. Sometimes it really is impossible, for example, when establishments open in the wrong place. But it often happens that a defect related to the management: inadequate pricing, poor service, even little things such as toilet paper - that there are shortcomings, but customers react to them because they are spoiled and just do not pay the money. In general, over the past two years service in those institutions that are still working, getting better. The crisis has affected the restaurant business as a big enema.
