Restaurant-brewery "Brovarnya on Grushevskogo" - one of the best pubs in Rivne. Make six varieties of their own author's beer using Ukrainian and Czech hops. Used equipment "Henry Schultz" - 500 liters/brewing. They use for beer prepared purified water, for cooking - seasonal farm products of the area. Meat dishes are prepared in hosper using charcoal.
